Mexico would make a splash in the Euros

In mind of the average Brit, football doesn’t really exist outside of Europe right now.

Every four years, the UEFA Euro Cup captures the attention of the entire continent and much of the football world. The spectacle is treated as a mini-version of the World Cup, missing only traditional powerhouses Argentina and Brazil.

But one football analyst notes that the Mexican national football team, from the oft-derided CONCACAF (the Caribbean, North and Central American football association), would easily stand up to the supposedly superior European competition.
